Our Story
RY Enterprises LLP started with a simple observation about the solar industry in Odisha: too many installers were selling equipment, not engineering solutions. Homeowners and businesses were getting quotes that varied wildly for the same rooftop, with little explanation of why, and maintenance was treated as an afterthought once the invoice was paid.
We built RY Enterprises LLP to do EPC the way it's supposed to work. Founded in 2018 by Rajeeb Kumar Panda from Bhadrak, the company began with a small site-assessment team and a single installation crew. The turning point came after a 25 kW commercial rooftop in the Bhadrak Industrial Estate was commissioned on time despite monsoon delays — that project proved property owners in Odisha would pay for a team that designs first and installs responsibly. From there, the work expanded district by district across the state.

We stay involved after commissioning
Solar systems degrade in output if they're not maintained. Our O&M plans and remote monitoring exist because a system that isn't performing at year three isn't doing its job.
What We Do
We design and install solar power systems across Odisha, for homes, businesses, factories, and farms. That includes rooftop and ground mount solar, net metering and subsidy paperwork, and ongoing operations and maintenance once your system is live. We work directly with property owners and businesses, not through layers of subcontractors, which is why the team that designs your system is often the same one that shows up to install it.
Certifications & Standards
We install components from MNRE-approved (ALMM-listed) manufacturers and follow IEC and BIS standards for panels, inverters and electrical components. Our operations are aligned with ISO 9001:2015 quality processes, OREDA empanelment requirements, and the electrical contractor licensing norms enforced by the Odisha state electrical licensing authority. Site crews are trained on electrical safety, work-at-height protocols and first response.
Our Team
Our team is led by Rajeeb Kumar Panda, who oversees project delivery and client relationships across Odisha. The engineering group includes a site-assessment lead, a structural and electrical designer, and a net-metering liaison who works directly with DISCOM offices. The installation crew is made up of in-house technicians rather than daily-wage subcontractors, which is why the same people who survey your roof often return to commission the system.
